A dull and cloudy start this morning with patchy light rain and drizzle. The cloud will slowly break up through the day, allowing sunny spells to develop as patches of drizzle become more isolated. Quite mild with highest temperatures of 17 to 21 degrees in moderate southwest winds, occasionally fresh in the west.
Scattered patches of light rain and drizzle will continue tonight, with clear spells also. Cloud will build in western and southwestern coastal counties later in the night. Becoming breezy with moderate to fresh southerly winds. Mild with temperatures not falling below 13 to 15 degrees.
Rain will develop in the west and southwest tomorrow morning and gradually spread eastwards through the day, with some heavy downpours and the risk of spot flooding. Some eastern areas will hold dry until late afternoon. Blustery with fresh and gusty southerly winds. Highest temperatures of 16 to 19 degrees but it will become noticeably cooler in the west through the afternoon as the rain clears eastwards.
